Upon project completion and full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to the custom work product created specifically for them.

05Payment & Billing

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tervux in the twelve months preceding the claim.

08Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Tanzania.
