Access Protocols
You are granted a conditional license to operate within the Tervux digital ecosystem. Unauthorized attempt to bypass encryption nodes or reverse-engineer the core architecture will result in immediate termination.
System Utilization
Our infrastructure resources are shared. Automated stress testing or high-frequency polling from your node without written Product Directive approval is prohibited to maintain global latency stability.
Security Obligations
You are responsible for the entropy strength of your credentials. Tervux is not liable for data breaches resulting from weak client-side authentication or local machine compromise.
Liability Matrix
In no event shall Tervux Corp or its subsidiaries be held liable for indirect, incidental, or technical disruptions resulting from planned infrastructure upgrades or global network fluctuations.
Automatic Synchronization
By continuing to interface with any Tervux public or private endpoint, you acknowledge and agree to the latest iteration of these terms. Our system log acts as the definitive record of acceptance.
